This is my Mom and Dad's place as they have recently moved into a retirement village. It is in very good shape having just been thoroughly cleaned and several of the rooms repainted.
As noted in the ad it is surrounded by a nature preserve and has a two car garage. The area is quiet and neighbors are good. They do a great job of keeping the place up. The clubhouse is great with a nice pool. We have held our family Christmas gatherings there for the past 10 years or so.
If it doesn't sell soon, I will have to buy it and rent it out, and I really don't want to. The last two places that sold in this development were listed significantly higher than what we are asking, so you can move in, live there for a few years, and probably realize appreciateion when you sell.

River Run 2010 on May 29, in memory of our good friend Eric Jones. An all day 320 mile driving tour of the Ohio River, with profits being donated in Eric's name to The James Cancer Hospital for Mesothelioma Research Fund. Put on by the North American MGB Register, the Buckeye Miata Club, and the Central Ohio British Car Club. All makes and models welcome.
I can't think of too many better ways to spend a Saturday. Kathy and I will be there in her S2000. Or my RX7. Or both.

Set of 175/70-13 (or so) tires on a steel rims. Note the following:
- The tires are VERY old and not safe for highway use.
- The rims are 4.5" wide or so, 4x100 bolt pattern. They are very rusty.
- A couple of the tires lose air after a few days.
These are only good for keeping the car off the ground. I used them on a Civic I had in storage that I had to move around occasionally.
Got them from a CR member for free so I thought I would pass them on.
If somebody here doesn't take them in the next couple days I will post them on Freecycle and Craigslist.

Clearing out shelf space in the garage.
LOT #1:
- 9 quarts of Amsoil 20w-50 synthetic racing oil. Bottles are about 6 years old, and say "Series 2000" on them.
- 2.9 quarts of Mag 1 80w-90 synthetic gear oil. Two unopened quarts and one opened with just a little bit out of it.
The Amsoil is left over from a race car I used to have. I am not sure where I got the Mag 1 gear oil as it is not a brand I am familiar with.
$25 firm.

Looking for the following for my 1988 RX7 SE:
- Nice set of 15" (preferred) or 16" wheels with 4x114.3 bolt pattern and 40 offset. Prefer 7" wide, but 6.5" will work.
- Set of stock springs and struts to replace the 22 year old units on the car. Aftermarket shocks are OK but springs must be OEM type. Not picky as to the specific year / model of FC RX7.
Thanks.

Just purchased a very nice 2nd gen RX7 (base model) and am looking for a nice set of 15" wheels for it. Prefer 7" wide, may go for 6.5" wide for the right wheel. Bolt pattern is 4x114.3 and offset is +40.
Of course, like everybody I want nice and cheap. Let me know what you have.
An excellent resource for these old bikes is the Vintage Japanese Motorcycle Club. Google it for the site. Not sure if you can view the mailing list discussions but there are various links there that should help. If not let me know and I will snoop around the site to see what I can find for you.
There are numerous resources for parts for old Honda's.
However, I don't think they ever made a 1976 CB450. The CB450 was made through 1974.
Perhaps your bike is a 1974 model that wasn't titled until 1976? I have seen that happen before.

Excellent. I will nominate it for Best of Craigslist.
Saturn SL1 sedans are also good for teens, particularly the ugly duckling original body (1991 - 1995).
