I think increased safety has meant increased weight so MPG goes down also tighter emmisions doesnt help.

I think the GTR was done in the same fashion as the Audi R8. The GTR is not Nissans end all be all vehicle it was just paving the way for the GTR spec V just like the R8 and the RS8

Then there are 5 drag cars that are in various states of build. Currently running are my dads S/ST Monza and my brothers S/ST Camaro, the dragster needs some shakedown time, there is another Camaro roller that is planned to get a Buick V6 Nascar engine to run S/Stk and they just bought a wrecked chrome-moly Beretta that they'll be fixing.

I was not a Obama supporter at all but my paycheck is slightly higher and he wants to give me some money to buy a house. By the way a decent amount of the money that everyone is bitching about him "spending" is being to used to reduce that average working mans tax liability. So each time you get a paycheck, that is $20 or $40 higher, and you piss it away it is part of the debt that "future" generations will be left with. Also Gov't debt is usually very low interest and is paid back over a very long term. For the most part inflation is much higher than the loan interest.

sorry guys I was wrong with the 90% in ten minutes thing, they are safely charging up to 95% within 5 minutes. Of course the power supply is always the limiting factor. I guess we will have to wait for "eletric stations" for those kinds of results
