  1. .... sooooo, what's your plan then. Ride there on normal tires then somewhere in the dirt/gravel road region switch to these? Ship them somewhere to pick them up when you get close?

I could just ride them all the way, or ship them to the in laws house.

edit The brother in law says that the highway to anchorage is pretty bad in some spots so I would ride them all the way

  2. So, we're trying to visit childcare places, but really would prefer someone in-home who can be trusted and someone we know has used. If anyone has any references for the listed areas of Groveport/Canal, Hilliard, or Polaris area we would really appreciate it.

Really we could also add Grove City if close to I270, and Westerville if north of 270, but close to the Chase building at Polaris(easy to get to without using Polaris Pkwy from Rt 3 as that is a nightmare everyday.

We have some appointments set up with facilities but again, really would like to have in home with a trusting person. OR families would fit that list if experience is there and someone wants cash payment.

Will be a newborn so 6-8 weeks old, and looking to start late September-early October.

    Thanks.

I will be retiring the beginning of july what kind of hours are we talking?

  3. I'll probably have to wait until after I have a real job then. I don't think my budget is going to allow me to own 3 motorcycles... especially since my car has 216K miles on it :) ... probably need to replace that soon.

I'd like to take a longer trip this summer though. I'm trying to get everything lined up at work so I can at least make it on the gap trip, but I'd really like to head out west. Earache, I'll keep that in mind and let you know if I think I can do it, but it overlaps with some of my sister's wedding planning stuff, so its unlikely. But thanks!

We can get the knobby tires for the ride and throw some plastidip on the fairings to protect them and head out the end of june

  4. If criminals don't obey the law, fuck it, why have any laws at all?

Why is that defense only used for gun laws? It's not a valid defense, it's bullshit.

If criminals break the law, we have law enforcement officers cite them or arrest them for their crimes.

Prevention makes sense, that's why it's not only illegal to blow up a plane, it's also illegal to bring a bomb onto a plane.

Are they doing a good job enforcing the current laws? If not, then additional laws will do very little.
