Looking for something I can hunt with, put a plow on, winch, etc. 2005 Suzuki GSXR 750 This bike currently has a salvaged title since I crashed it at MidO a few years back. I rebuilt it and still use it at my track bike. Its 100%... All it needs to make it street legal again is to put the street plastics back on and have it inspected for $25 or whatever it costs. Ill even help you do it if you want. The reason for the salvaged title is that I snapped the tail mounts off and had to have them re-welded by Reuben at 35 Motorsports. I still have all the street plastics, lights, mirrors, etc and they are in pristine shape. (Blue/Black color scheme from 05) The rebuild of the forks and rims and overall inspection after the crash was all done by Reuben at 35 Motorsports who gave it a good to go, no issues, no tweaked frame, ext Suspension was setup by Lizard / AKA STT Brian back when we both had the exact same bike, shock, tires, etc. He will vouch for the condition of the bike! This is the perfect setup for those that want a street and track bike since I have everything for it and its already setup to go for whatever! 2. Play stupid games, win stupid prices.
  3. I ended up with a garden full of ghosts last year and the hot summer and close proximity caused my green peppers to get some spice as well. Unfortunately, the jalapenos werent that hot or very large.
  4. there is such a thing as felony evading depending on speed. Once you hit the felony part, they will pretty much do whatever they want to stop you. Yes there are police that probably take it further than they should but the key thing to remember is DONT BE AN IDIOT WHILE RIDDING!!
  5. Awesome, congrats! .Ive never flown twins before (either kind : ( ) Would love to get up in one some time. or 2 should I say.

  7. Guys. Templar Tactical are good people and they make a great product. He just quit his regular job and is now doing suppressors full time. The approach he has taken on suppressor design is pretty cool. Like I said, Great product, and good people. Do not hesitate to get one of their cans..
  8. Yeah Ive seen this funny story posted on a few different forums. Its fake as all getout but still worth the read and laugh.
  9. I would in a heartbeat. Stuff like that puts lead in my pencil..
  10. I dont ride in the rain unless Im just plain stuck in it. Not worth it to me nor is it enjoyable.
  11. What are the details on the .260?
  12. Maybe but youre still a [)i(k. mmmkkaayy pumpkin.
  13. Just a few things. 1. Youre relying on 1 single person to write your trust 2. Quicken verbiage is reviewed by multiple levels of people prior to going live in software. Actually by someone board certified for every state so we will say 50 people min or multiple people with multiple with certifications across the US. 3. Hundreds if not thousands of people use Quicken as their NFA trust with zero issues. Try and find cases of ATF not approving a quicken trust. Ive never heard of it but if you can find it, you would most likely find just as many for regular legal counsel as well. 4. Adding / removing people are items is a no brainer and does not require an attorney, does not require re-submission to ATF (At least yet). etc. Im not going to the ATF for legal advice and neither are you but... they are the ones who say whether my trust is valid or not, its not your lawyer and its not Quicken so if they approve it. Approved is approved. If a lawyer makes you feel better about it, than so be it. Just realize the points you are making are moot and unsubstantiated. This is nothing personal nor is it intended to be but just consider what youre saying before providing guidance to interested people. I strongly suggest everyone do their own research and do whatever route you feel most comfortable with.
  14. I think you may be confused. Why do you think you would get time when you submit a trust, ATF reviews it, and approves your can. You realize they are reviewing trust right? So they reviewed it, approved your can, where is the issue?
  15. Just for clarity, This is the process as of now. It is evidently in process of being amended to the point where you will need to submit fingerprint cards for everyone listed in the trust. The idea is to validate the legality of the trust members while not requiring CLEO signoff.
