Are they worth a damn? I know you have put them through the paces for sure.
The Gates-Some are great-some are crap. There is no in between.
I am just saying if the Springs are needed- they are direct replicas of TIAL. I think you can get them on Ebay, CX racing...ect.
-
Maybe they've improved since then but 8.6's...
Different Car. This one is lighter, amkes mroe pwoer, and shifts faster.

Good work!
As Doer said, if you are looking to"lift" stay away from the hippy fad crossfit crowd.
-
Already sold!

Dont know why but i feel like thats what JP's car would do if it was AWD with more boost.
I would have to spend 15k to get a DSM trans to work that well-and it still would not be as strong as that Audi junk.

This was part of a customer build that is not becoming a part out-I may keep it since its so cheap, but I am putting it up as he needs money NOW.
ETS Forward Facing Manifold-Same one most current record setting DSMs and EVOs are Running. Brand new, never ran, Full SS with THICK manifold flanges. Single 44, T4, undivided.

GT42 and Manifold set up for Sale. GT42 has a handful of dyno passes with the precious owner, and a few hundred street miles with me. Polished Compressor housing-Ceramic Coated Turbine (1.01) DNP Manifold Braces and Re-welded by RS. Will never Crack with the bracing and his strengthening work. Only reason I am selling is I will be running my car in FIS for the rest of this year and next season, so I am stuck at a 62mm turbo limit.
For full asking I will include 4 to 3.5 down pipe that clears the stock alternator!

Ugly-but it works!
She is a DYI racecar, not a showpony.
Trying out real ram air-so far, so good-have 4 more PSI@80mph! Had to turn the controller down. Laptop has aids, so I could not log the pull-but defiantly improved!

QUICK UPDATE-with dyno
Went to a GT42, and back to a 6262! I did like the 42, and do miss the freight train power, but with a 8 inch tall intercooler (ebay core I believe) and a stock intake manifold and TB, I did not think I would be able to maximize its potential. The Shearer V band setup is off the car and sold, so I hacked up a Pacesetter header I had laying around to make a new V-Band Set up-works well actually! Will post pics soon. Now the car is ready again for the IFO FIS class.
Went to http://backstreetper.com/ for a quick last minute dyno dial in of the SD map-netted 550hp and some 460ft lbs of torque-with much more left int he JAM knob. Power under the curve is nice and fat, and the car is pretty violent on the street. Video updates coming.

Yup. Matt only went 11.0 in it. LOL
-
-10 for being a car that might get you confused with JP.
Nice ride. GLWS man.
I did tune it if it makes you feel better.
This was 2nd Place at GrassRoots 2006 or 7, I forget. Car is spotless.

How is this much different than Pneumatic Valves that have been in F1 cars for many, many years now

You should have heard the sound from the start line...
...
You should hear the sound when your getting walked by one.

Sick!
Party soon?

Perhaps you should serve in the Marines before being so critical.
+1
And Farkas if you are 5'10 165, I'd say you need to Eat a Cheeseburger and hit the Gym! 5'11 and 210 lbs is average for someone built like M A N.
I am 5 '7 1/2 in bare feet-and was 172 in this pic. Thats 2 bottles of water away from over weight!
I also did an Ironman the same year, so fitness is not a question.
The Sad thing is, the scale gets MUCH tighter the teller the person is

I don't know of any female that carries a phone or anything in their pockets.
Unless that person is wearing mom jeans or something.

2006 Hayabusa. Clean title, no accidents, never been down (besides being knocked over at a bike night-lucky it fell on another bike:rofl:) This IMO is about the perfect set up fro a fun street bike.
Trac Dynamic 4 over Arm, 16/42T Sprockets @ 7300 miles
-bike has about 12.9 on the odometer now, so figure maybe 11XXX actual.
lowered 2 in the front and rear
EK 530ZZZ Chain (400 miles)
Brock's SS Street Smart Exhaust
Vance & Hines 4-2-1 Header
Air Box Mod
Tuned on a Power Commander PCIII USB- Made 178whp on 93
Tracked twice-best of 9.6@149.6 On a Shinko
Painted 40th Anniversary Orange ( a Factory 03 Color, my Favorite Busa Color)
Most have seen it-or have seen the videos of it in Action. It runs about as fast as a stock engine bike can roll. Has no issue rolling on s1000r's, ZX14's and New Busas. Rear tire has one season-Front is brand new
$7000-and I am pretty firm. Only considering selling because I cant get baby seat on the thing, and I have not rode it in a Month
PM for more pics/details -
After a trip to PA this weekend it will be 200k. I will get more pics soon.
Motor makes ZERO noise (no lifter tick, does not burn oil) and Trans fluid looked and smelled great when I changed it to service the pan.
Also, AC does work, but has a leak. Takes about 2 months for it to loose enough charge for it to stop working. Manual T Case, Upgraded WARN manual Front HUBS
