    Again big thanks to Detective coating for the great work and the very fast turn around. Everything was packaged very well. No one should have a hesitation sending him anything just because he is not local! Best work I have seen in a while.

    I will admit the green in pictures was scary-but in person it is SICK. Iridescent almost with a "white pearl" effect. I love it!

    I would have loved to bring mine out but things got stupid unless you got a private invite to Jason's. The other problem was at least five bikes were stolen during the week, three from the Omni parking lot. I know two had Turbo's and were ready to race. I don't think many bike guys had fun after that started happening..

    Came here to post this,....

     

    For those that don't know, that is the 1,800hp (not sure if it was running Nitrous) LMR Corvette getting ruined on the street....just shows how FAST those UGR cars are when setup correct... :fuckyeah:

    His old car. As I found out the first time I raced him 10+ years ago, always assume he has a little more than anyone else.

     

    Im sorry but 8.3@181 in a car geared to really work well 60-200mph is going to be damn near impossible to beat on the street.

    "Jamie's spec" TTG on Kill> everything. With Billet 71's its just :dumb:

     

    There is only so much mechanical grip+power+Aero a street car can have.

    Just got some parts in from Justin @ Detective Coatings. SICK work! Best powder coating work I have seen in a long time, and best pricing around!

    I will also be on the dyno tomorrow, but only for some intake manifold testing. Stay tuned for pics and results. :) Car will not be at full song for this, but will be back on the dyno for final touch ups before the season starts in a few weeks.

    He just got it back up and running a few weeks ago (blown turbo, did a few more things too over winter), tuned at SP just 2 weeks ago, then pulled the motor to fix an oil leak they found while on the dyno, fixed it, and loaded it up to go down to TX. haha.

     

    Is he going to run IFO this year?

    I wonder what it would take to make that work....

     

    Bolt them both on? :dumb: What am I missing there with physically making it work?

     

    23psi on an aluminum block 4 cyl running 12.5:1 compression and an open deck with factory internals? Sure it's no measure of long term reliability, but it certainly proves it's not a one-run-and-done build.

     

    If it makes it all the way down the track a few times wiht this tune, I then be very impressed.

     

    Its at peak power for all of a second on these dyno runs. At least the AP car has videos of it being flogged over and over again on the street.

    Not really. Insurance and monthly car payment will be covered from employer.

    Regardless living with parents or not, it's no cash out of my pocket.

     

     

     

    Scion was parents car.

     

     

    It's going up for sale as soon as I graduate.

    You found a job, that you are currently employed though, that is covering all of your car expenses, while you are living at home, and still in school?

     

     

    What/Where are you employed? Sounds like a lucrative gig.

    1000hp Supra's hit or miss... Majority what I seen dyno queens... There's nothing dyno queen about a TT ls engine. You'll have 1k rwhp and useally 950+rwhp and a powerband a lot longer than 800rpms... On pump gas
