Corss your fingers about cameras at intersections ...
chrismindless replied to chrismindless's topic in Passing Lane
if you dont care about cameras, then you should oppose them because they cost you money in the long run ... its not about NOT CARING, its about getting ridiculous with cheap enforcement and money income , and once you are a victim of a BS charge via these cameras, than i PROMISE you are gonna care. Again, it has nothing to do with "I dont do anything wrong" ... so since you dont do anything wrong, you mind me putting a camera in your bedroom to make sure you arent raping your wife or your daughter ... no no , of course you arent doing anything wrong, but we just want to make sure that if you DO do something wrong, we can catch you and arrest you. Thats ok with you, right? -
you have the exact bike i want, is it the black one? BOT ... cameras are money generators ... they only use the word safety and find reasons HOW they can be safe to make the $26 million to install them justified ... that money could be spent on better things. Lets be honest, if you want to make the roads safe, get rid of all the cars. period. THere is always going to be a risk factor and even though we find ways to bring it down, the roads are VERY safe as they are now that to spend millions, ticket ppl more, etc really wont dent it anymore than it already is. Want to make the roads safe, have a driving test thats actually a challenge. And have height requirements for bigger vehicles. and Yes as you have to have the M endorsement to ride a bike, you should get the SUV endorsement to drive one of those things ... And even though most women are the worst drivers, they ALL arent so bad, so just up the difficulty on the test, require parallel parking, etc ... my $.02

^^^ correct, but at least the man will now have the same choice as the woman, and nobody gets down on a woman for her ability to adopt or abort against the father's wishes. It has to be equal or you take it away from the woman also ... thats all Im saying, honestly.

The Benz Guy ... I cant agree. Your point of view makes sense if and only if you dont take into consideration that every case is different. ALso, the issue isnt that simple, unfortuately. Its not about getting out of responsibility, Benz. I stated that wasnt the point. THe point is to have equal and fair rights for both parties. If you think, that this would be just simply a guy getting away with sex and responsibilities, than define for me what you think adoption and abortion are. Because under your logic, they are the same thing, a woman getting out of having to raise and support a child. Which they are options for a woman and not the man, which they should be an option for him as well .. What about when she says she's on the pill ... you dont pull out because of the pill but if she lied to you, you are screwed and no it isnt your fault, it is the fault of the person that lied to you and under the current system, the innocent gets screwed. If the man could choose, women would be a lot more careful than they are. We all make mistakes, you cannot burn a person for making one. Those days should be over.

In the past few months Ive posted articles about custody, etc and even others have done so as well. Well, here is a link to a short article on what is taking place. Briefly, over the course of 2 weeks, 28 lawsuits in 28 states were filed and these lawsuits are the kind that change things. The basic idea is they represent every non-custodial parent in those states, all one must do is sign up for the lawsuit. Kinda like when Big Drug companies are sued and everyone that has been ill effected by those drugs gets a settlement ... Here's the article: http://ancpr.com/blog/archives/262 Here's one of the websites, one of the better ones and has a TON of info: http://www.indianacrc.org also look at: http://www.indianacrc.org/classaction.html ^^^ go down to ohio ... check that out. To sign the petition, go here: http://www.petitiononline.com/usncpr/petition.html And then for those that want to read the legal of what has been submitted, you can read it here: http://www.ffvisual.com/ncpshared/examples/TheMainComplaint.pdf or access the list of all documents here: http://www.ffvisual.com/ncpshared/examples.html I know this is the indiana stuff. It came to me from a member and Im sharing it for reference, but this is all going to look about the same. Once I get all the OHIO stuff, I will post ASAP, but it took me two weeks to get this much information on this issue. As RATM said "... and thats why we have take the power back ..."

50/50 child support issue -- needs support
chrismindless replied to chrismindless's topic in Dumpster
^^^ Spread information across the internet and to other men ... become educated and whenever you hear an uneducated response, respond back accordingly. And then you can protest, write letters, make phone calls, but the easiest and the first way is to educate yourself on the facts and go from there. -
Thats great that this article has gotten out, I read about the suit a few weeks ago ... Good, its a point Ive been making for awhile. THe basic idealogy of it has nothing to do with responsibility or what a father should and shouldn't do. The very second you bring that into the debate, you miss the point. SO bare with me for just a few words and then Ill bring it back in context. Women have a choice, which is hailed by millions of people as a right to choice, as their right to choose, to have choice over their reproductive rights. Men dont have that option at all. The best we have are Condoms and those are not 100% effective. A woman can: keep the child, Abortion, or Adoption. A Man can: nothing. Has 0% say in ANY matter meaning if he is against abortion, his voice doesnt count. What I think: Men should be able to choose adoption or keep the baby. If the mother doesnt want to have it and chooses adoption, the father is first in line to get the child. If a woman chooses to keep the child and the father chooses adoption, than the mother is 100% liable for the child. <<-- no different than the reverse. You might think, well many men would opt out of their own children ... truth be told, the courts already do that for them. The courts already take our children away and place huge financial burdens on us and mental/spritual stress ... unjustly. This is no different. Also, a woman can choose to opt out at anytime ... why cant a man? Why can a woman kill her fetus but a father that doesnt want a part of it and wants adoption is such an evil creature? The truth is for every 1 baby available, there are 25 couples looking for a child. http://www.glennbeck.com Next, lets address responsibility. If, both men and women are given these choices, than the consequences shouldn't fall onto the state entirely. The responsiblity falls on the parents (or just parent). I personally grew up in a super poor family. I remember having only 3 outfits for school during middle school ... Im in college with a 3.31 (on my own bill), I bought my own STI, Ive been working since I was 14. My parents to this day are in their late 50's with no retirement setup. I am on my way to law school and Im doing it on my own with their support (not money, but in words and praise). I really dont want to hear how the lack of money makes kids bad ... I think its a lack of proper parenting and environment and culture. And anyone that has lived like me knows that hardships create character and make you stronger. Not the reverse. How many pampered kids do you know doing great things on their own? Not many. So I think this is a GOOD THING ... The burden of responsibility will fall on both parents ... not as it is now which is it falls on the father everytime without any checks on the mother. I think its a good thing but thats my opinion. If you can have, we should have it as well. (Wow, who would of thought Men would have to fight for their rights 20 years ago)

50/50 child support issue -- needs support
chrismindless replied to chrismindless's topic in Dumpster
^^ kinda right, but remove MOM and DAD and use the terms CUSTODIAL and NONCUSTODIAL parents ... an good idea when you want to screw one side and benefit the other ... About the ARMY and WAR ... yes, soldiers are coming home, which making much less at war then when at home, their child support gets backed up and are arrested upon stepping off the plane ... its true, if you want i can link you to dozens of articles about it ... so there you are scratching your head going, how is this possible? Ive been researching this for over a year steady now and I cant answer that question accurately, but i will try soon enough! -

ALready been done on several WRXs ... basically you need to put more fuel in, having to upgrade injectors and FPs for it ... cool shit, but i read without all the govt funding, e85 is $6 a gallon?/? is this correct? -
