  1. Porter cable 26 gallon 6 hp, belt drive, i upgraded to a 60 gallon 240 volt, so im selling this one. its an older compressor, but is far better than any of these new oil less garbage compressors on the market. $120
  2. tomorrow would be a good sledding day... anyone down? get pulled behind the can am. and snow looks deep enough now i can plow a track out in the yard for pit bike races
  3. with riders, insuring my 14 Street glide special, 09 XR1200, and my 14 Can Am Maverick 1000R.. 250 deductible, full coverage on all 3 $650 a year and i even had a claim end of last year totalling out my last SXS i had. which they paid the purchase value plus tax (minus my deductible) im happy with Riders
  4. i googled VFR for sale and what came up was cycletrader with a list of VFRs listed cheaper than yours didnt see a link for your thread on this forum though
  5. why keep bumping the thread then? if you dont care to sell it why even list it? im not trying to bash you, but most people on this forum know what bikes are worth or will do price comparisons. your better off advertising on craigslist.
  6. i think that hasnt soid because your price is a tad high im seeing retail pricing at $5200 - $6000.. with less miles http://www.cycletrader.com/listing/2007-Honda-INTERCEPTOR-113551257
  7. i decided i needed a dedicated space to do the powdering process. i wanted it to have a filtered air system so i wouldnt get any powder in my garage. i did some searching on google, and eventually took a few ideas from different projects and built a booth. my total cost in this project was $500. the booth is 6' deep, 6' wide, and 8' high, plenty of space to work. has 6 20"x25" filters, and 2 20 all steel fans built into the air box, it has plenty of air draw to suck the powder into the filters. I wired up power into the booth, with switches for the fans and my lighting, i used 2, 700 lumen LED utility lights, and i have 2 outlets which one is to hook up my powder coating gun. i installed hooks in the top supports and a bar to hang stuff with, and i still have to install my swivel mount to hang wheels and such from. it is pretty much finished aside from the addition of my air line hook up im gonna install, with a regulator, air drier and the like. the compressor can be tucked behind the booth where i have an open space near the air box. the next build will be a sand blasting booth, similar dimensions and similar build, except it will be completely enclosed and fave a filtered area to draw in from.
  8. The internal dimension of the oven is 4.5'x4.5'x5'
  9. Whaler, about 30 min or so to get to temp. No idea how long to get back down to ambient temp, i never had the time to watch. Over an hour for sure
  10. so the oven is finally complete, and i took the night off work to organize my barn a bit and then get to work on a guys parts for his Street glide. did Screamin Eagle Wrinkle black on all the engine covers tonight. i have a ton more parts of his to do, but they will be vivid black gloss.
  11. i have a residential cub cadet 50" i mow 5 acres with it, got it off my buddy who owned it since new. it has the kawi 675 motor on it. cant remember the hours it has on it now, but i havent had any problems with it in the 2 years of mowing my yard with it, and my buddy never had issues either. all ive done to it was change the oil , air filter, spark plug, fuel filter, grease all fittings, and either sharpen blades or put new ones on. id like to eventually get a 60" commercial grade, but ill probably just run this till it dies before that happens
  12. nearly there. its wired, it functions correct. got my door seal on, door built, and one latch on lol. i have just a few small things to tend to, but i did fire it up and just to see it run and get to temp.
  13. for the XR1200 got my Vance and Hines Ride height blocks and Poly motor mounts in.. i ordered a set of different bars as well, alot lower and a tad more narrow.
  14. i actually am gonna add shielding to the elements, just havent gotta that far yet. and yeah your right PID controller lol.. i got it mixed up
  15. some do circulate air, to help get temps up quicker, but its not critical. the PDI controller will regulate the temp such as a standard oven will. it will use a thermocoupler to sense temperature and shut off when that temp is reached, kick back on when it dips below. and a PDI controler is alot more accurate, within 1 degree, vs. a household oven regulates around +/- 10 degrees.
  16. oh and im making a rack system for the top of it so i can hang whatever parts from it. this build is a little over what i thought the initial cost was gonna be. about $350 over lol
  17. a little more done tonight. wheels are on it now so i can roll it around.. got the other side wall skinned on the inside, made my ceiling and skinned it, mounted my heating elements, and insulated the top. next is building the door (waiting on my door seal as well), then next weekend my buddy is coming up to help me get everything wired and then the rest will get insulated and sheet metal skinned. and shes ready to fire.
  18. baggers are great! a different kind of ride, but an awesome one
  19. i has nothing to show for right now.. parts are on the way for the XR1200, and more to be ordered eventually.
  20. thats a great deal
