If I am issued a written warning how long does it stay on my record? example, 2 years ago I was given a written warning by Worthington PD for no front plate. Do they report that back to my driving record like a normal speeding ticket or is it just stored within their own systems? Does it drop off in 3 years like a ticket or is it more/less time?

I'm not very familiar with STIs, so where is the air meter in the intake system? If it were that big of an air leak and it's a pull-thru meter system then the car would run pig rich and fall on its face. My guess would be wastegate it'd allow the turbo to spin just enough to make 0 but not any further. Happened on my Talon.

when driving the FD I seem to be quite the target for these attacks. as an example when driving home on Sunday from Johnstown I was on Central College rd thru the north end of New Albany...35mph seperated 4 lane rd. I see a black prelude coming up behind me and I knew what he was after. He gets next to me then "shows me the thunder" by dropping down a gear and giving it the goat. When I still don't look he slows down and paces next to me. It's a little hard to pretend I don't notice since I have the windows down (no a/c). This time he actually did something I thought was pretty funny when he actually honked it off and took off like we were roll racing. I laughed and just continued on. His friend in the passenger seat took cell phone pics of the car when we were stopped at the next light. It's funny when I hear people talking about buying cars to attact girls. If you are doing that, DO NOT buy an rx7....it's man-meat city with this thing.

the Blizzak is the gold standard of winter tires. Most people think the damn things will drive you right up a mountain. That being said, in Ohio I don't really see you being overly unhappy with any of the tires you listed. I've used an older version of the Michelin Alpin tires in the past on my M3 and was very happy with them. Since this in Ohio afterall I'd look at the reviews/ratings of the tires and go with the one that has the best ice/slush traction.

glad to see it's coming back together. Do you have any pics of the progress? You'll have to refresh my memory. Did you get your motor rebuilt by Rotary Resurrection? Stock rebuild or did you have any porting done? What seals did you use? Are you still going to run twins on it or did you change that as well?

As to the inital argument against the camaro and mustang on a road course I believe (not my comments) the comments were aiming at the fact that the design of the cars was not intended to be road course cars (in stock form). Generally the first thing looked at here is the solid rear axle. On that point I believe you can make just about any car do what you want with enough time/money/effort. If you want to road race a Camaro or Mustang there are plenty of people out there doing it well. At our last Funday in my FD I couldn't keep pace with an American Iron f-body that was there. I could not honestly believe some of the lines that he was able to take in the car and hold. Never thought a f-body would do that.

while I'm naturally drawn to cars that speak to similar styles that I like (track/handling) I can appreciate just about anything that's done well. I am and always will be a fan of Euro cars, but also love Japanese....as you can tell by my vehicle choices American car wise, I love pro-touring stuff where they take old muscle and make it handle. I also love rat rods though, and can appreciate stuff like old gassers. even on newer American cars it's hard to deny how much I like borrowing my buddy's C5Z...it does everything so well. Griggs is making mustangs track beasts these days too.

AGREE COMPLETELY! I'm always down for a little OSU tailgating but I believe that the chants shouldn't go much further than Lane Ave...leave it down there. I also hate how when OSU wins the fans say "we won", but when OSU loses they all say "they lost"
