I was rocking in the cruiser at OSU East hospital. I was like wtf is that (felt like a big wind gust rocking the car) but the tree's weren't blowing.

It was nice to meet you and Steve there and thanks for the compliment! But I'm not sure I would have been lapping him lol. I was struggling all day until the last session when I started to get the hammer down some. And I'm still are trying to figure out what my bikes doing suspension wise and what my rear tire is telling me John, it would have been great to have you there also! The day was perfect and the track felt great by lunch. Maybe I can get brian to help me diagnose it or give a call to Reuben if its not too busy.(guessing he will be with Indy Gp/Schwantz stuff)

If you lose it, they will have plenty of them at registration also. I usually end up doing that instead of trying to fill it out and by the time I get it it looks terrible Just bring yourself, the bike and ALL your gear! Get one of the trackday check-off lists and make sure you have everything applicable, and for the love of god remember your KEY! I've had a few friends do this and luckily I called them on the way up and they had time to turn around. List http://www.ohioriders.net/showthread.php?t=32093

I'll be bringing up Mykill for this also. Not sure what he wants to do, but I'll need electric for my warmers so I'll have my generator also. We could considering grouping into one garage, but it can get cramp pretty fast also with more then 4-5 bikes.

Should be interesting to see what the track is like after the indy cars were on it. Bike felt pretty good at nelson and at VIR, but hoping to get another good test at Mid O. Hoping all you guys come out so we can have some fun. Would be nice to run with ya dub!

I called earlier and they seemed to have a lot of openings left for Tuesday. At least for advanced, so you guys better hurry if your planning on going. The weather looks a bit better for Tuesday also.

Those with GoPro cameras, I have questions for you...

I have the GP Hero Wide motorsports. I tried the suction mount and it didn't work well. The vibration would take it off after a few laps. I use the "J" 3m mount on the windscreen and the regular mounts everywhere else. I need to get some new 3m tape as I've taken them off the old bodywork and I don't trust them to just push on and go again. To do it now, I would get the GP Motorsports HD having seen how much better the video is from mine vs nate's. -
I changed over to Tuesday due to work and stuff. Will be running advanced and probably just bring my Truck/Bike and EZ-Up+Generator if someone wants to pit with me. 15th bigd-? Bump, anyone else? I'm going to confirm later since I have to call in, but may consider Tuesday over Monday...idk. Both days look to be sunny and high of about 80 and sunny!

Hey now...my Ez-UP held up just fine. I got called at 9:15 about the storm and expected the worse though. Gf had put two cross directional stakes in the ground and I tied it down to my rain tires and air compressor before we left around 5. Got back an it moved all of one foot . Though some guys beside us said they pushed the top to get about 80lbs of water off it. Still a really fun weekend though with one podium.

Updated! I'm still waiting on work to make sure I have the day off before being completely commited. But I may try to find some of you guys since not many people I know will be going this round. I'm just trying to burn the credit I have and use up the tires before switching out for the next race weekend.

Semi check-up on this. Weather looks to be great on both days, but I can only get Monday off. 15th SJC1000rr-Advanced-? bigd-? OSUYZFR1-Intermediate candybluzx6-? cbrbrent-? 16th Mykill-? OSUYZFR1-Intermediate Coyote-Novice Rusty 848-Advanced-?

Will do John. I'm just trying to get something scheduled before the end of the year as I've had that credit sitting for a while. I'm headed to VIR this weekend so I'm hoping to come back shiny, despite the rain they are calling for on Saturday.
-
I still have my credit to use since I'm finally healed up and the bike's together, I was thinking of these dates... So is anyone else looking to go on either of these days? Be great to have company!

Pretty freaking fast. Esp for Gingerman. -
The 07 will fit the 03 for the rear rim only. The only difference between the two I believe, is that they made the rear rim lighter on the 07. I have a spare, but is it just the rim or the rim any anything else? (Cush rubbers, Rotor, etc?)

Won't be able to make it as its the same time as WERA cycle jam at VIR. Have fun though guys!

I was wondering if anyone has worked on or knows someone that can work on enclosed trailers. I have a 7x12 Carry-On with the double cable assist-ramp rear door. The left cable came off the spring wheel and for the love of me, I can't get it back on. I've tried googling for directions and how-to's, but I can't seem to find anything on how to go about fixing it. I imagine you need to unbolt the bar/spring somehow and pry it into more slack to wrap the cable around the wheel. But I don't feel comfortable trying it without directions since my luck would be to have the whole thing fly apart. Suggestions, hits or help would be greatly appreciated!

We took 1st in the middleweight 3 hour endurance race on Sunday. It was a fun and extremely tiring race for sure. Big thanks to Nick, Pat, Craig and John for keeping things going! As for me on Saturday, I'm ok with how things went. I got tired pretty fast and just wasn't on my game from only 1 hour of sleep. The bike felt alright considering it came back together over night and I had no testing on it before going out for a session. Just have to get the right clip on starter and angle right so it feels better and I'll be happy. Think my fastest was only in the low 17s on saturday and the endurance I was averaging 18-19s most of the time. Considering I've been laid-up healing for the last 1.5 months, I'll take it!

Sissy talk! I was up till just after 1am getting my bike rebuilt....got just over an hour of sleep and are on the road. (Though slightly behind schedule) should be there just before 7:30.

Everything done but eletrical connectors, exhaust, radiator and bodywork done last night. Should be done today and will try to leave tonight. Didn't get to register last night due to late night on bike and to will try to call todd today to register for td and race. Need # if possible from any coach of theres better then the 1-866#.

I'm getting the bike back tomorrow and its going to be an all out sprint to get it fixed up and up there for Saturday... I plan on making it and running advanced, but I feel a severe lack of sleep coming for the next two nights. If anyone in Cbus wants to help do Throttle body removal/cable install and a subframe switch out with me late Thurs or Friday day...let me know. Plan on getting back Thurs around 8pm and working into the night an once I get home Friday about 3:20pm. Leaving either late Friday or early Saturday for the track.
