  1. Congratulations first to Ninjachk Drew I think that could be part of your rehab... I think they should make that novice start from the MSF too..
  2. I only got Percs and they just put me to sleep... I don't take them except generally to sleep.
  3. So far ok. Today is PT day 1.. I am at work now with my ice/water machine going behind me..
  4. the system i had ordered for the race 1k was $1200 for Fuel, Self map, Quick shift, and Traction control. Todd it measures at the pipe so as the air volume changes in the intake side the change at the exhaust should be sensed ( I guess)...
  5. If you have the bazzaz just spend the $300 for the O2 sniffer. And bike will constantly change to meet atmospheric changes and temp changes.

  7. Those Novices in the Min flats were NortH eAST RIDERS. The experts in the 58s are contingency racers. They only follow money. I see gaige was there so i bet it was a yamaha weekend. Don't worry about doing motor work till you are top 5 expert. (or top 7 or so 600 expert) Still 1:02 with you coming from the back is very good
  8. Shoulder is good. Real pain will start Monday with Physical Therapy. I am on constant cold for inflamation

  11. yeah i was hoping to drop 2 seconds with the thousnd and better suspension and get into the 1:01s. What was top novice times?? last year it was 1:00 and last year :59s won Expert

  14. And I said around. With gearing and suzuki speedo error I know 185-6 on speedo may only be 165-170 Heck I know my Street 1000 with +2 rear is 10 off at 95 mph.
  15. Yeah I agree too. I was just saying that if I ain't using 6th at all it can't hurt to try +1 more tooth at the rear. If it puts me at redline at my exits too soon then I would go back. But right since I run my entrace RPM at around 6k RPM it may help at exit once I start putting (my weak interpretation) bulk of the power down. Heck I used 6th on the 600 briefly then back down to 5th for the kink. Yeah and since only place I have been close to Agnes in times was Gingerman I know he is still on the whole 1-2 seconds faster then me (so far this year).
  16. I think I will add a tooth for all the tracks except Nashville next year. Even Nelson I never needed sixth. Agnes won't be able to get on Mid OH with the 1000 this year either.. Poor guy.
  17. Finally saw the vids Aaron. You made some passes I didn't think you would. I think if we can get your lines more consistant you will start dropping more time. But very good. Doesn't it suck that when video on bike always seem slower then when your on the bike... Another day with Liz and if he can make the couple line changes that should get you your 1:40s.
  18. So far it hasn't shimmied or from what I can tell it hasn't Spun in the kink. Even WOT in 5th Dang I can't type. And shoulder is no excuse for that..

  20. I will glance at the speedo at exit of chicane see where I am at as that gives me an indication of my run out of the keyhole. Then (wait till just before the 5 on days when it is there) find that last photo hole before the close wall ends and brake. I have seen as high as 183 in 5th at the exit of the kink on the 1k. But actual is around 170 I think.

Aint nothing like hitting that quick down shift throwing it on the right knee let it kiss the tarmac and before you hit the curbing on the right you flip left kiss knee on the tarmac at the curbing there. Let bike continue slowing as it runs out 5 feet or so. Pulle it back in trying not to drift both tires, hit the 2nd left apex curb stand up brake some and hit a down shift, then throw it into the keyhole. Chicane is my favorite part of the track.
  22. Well with your runs out of the keyhole I would be too... Big difference when you are running 35s or better and me running 38-40s But the 1k next time I think I would be needing sixth mid kink on it too.
  23. Yeah on the 1k. On the 600 I would click 5th as I pitch into kink then as soon as I got it on the side of the tire had to click sixth or bounce off the limiter. Only time on the 1k I was just leaving it fifth registering 180+ at the exit of the kink and still on the gas for about 2 more seconds.
  24. I wish I could see the videos here at work to see if I can pick out where lizard is thinking. Yeah I know -1 +2 on my 600 was perfect for Mid OH, since I never used 6th at Mid OH on the 1k with -1 +1 I figure +2 would be perfect. But I will never know till next year now...
