  1. I would be willing to bet it is the battery. It should be sitting there with at least 12 volts. then turn the key on and test again. If it drops then you have a bad cell. It if isn't the battery check the main fuse on the right side of the bike. This it a metal fuse that is held in by 2 screws. Allot of times it will look ok but when you pull it out you will find it is broken. A permenant fix for that is to go to Walmart or any autozone type of store and get a 30amp fuse holder and wire it in place and bypass that old ass fuse. Also check the R/R you should see 3 yellow wires check the connections. I would be willing to bet they are burnt. Cut out the connections and hard wire those wires. It wouldn't hurt to add in a little longer wires so that you can open your battery compartment with out any problems. Finally check the green ground wire that should be connected to the frame right above the R/R.
  2. Excellent program!! I have lost 25lbs doing P90X and am still going.
  3. I had a couple in a BMW almost hit me a couple weeks ago. I was on 670 just east of Clev Ave. when they decided to switch lanes with out signaling or looking. Then they were all pissed that I was in the lane and started flipping me off???
  4. I have never worked on a V65 sabre but have been all over my V65 Magna and my buddies V45 Sabre. To start on the brakes I would first clean out the master cylinder and make sure the return port is clean then flush all of the old fluid out.
  5. My buddy picked up an 84 VF700S last year for 800, and he loves it. I don't think you are to far off on the price, he just got a really good deal.
  6. I have a 84 Honda V65 Magna that is my baby, but she was looking her age plus some! So I contacted Paul and got him my tank, side covers and tail section and HOLY CRAP they came out amazing!!!!! Now I just have to find a way to make the rest of my bike look close to as nice! I will attack pics as soon as I can get my camera to work. Thanks again Paul!

I might be interested in this as well keep me on the list of updated info.
  10. Kimbo fight was boring but Kimbo looked much better! Big Country has a lot of experience that fight wasn't much of a shock to me.
  11. They all should be pretty good fights, I just didn't think Kimbo was going to get the chance to fight in the UFC without winning the ultimate fighter.
  12. Does this mean that the price of the Hyosung is going to triple?
  13. My sister and bro in-law lived in India for 2 years, the biggest thing is to take all of the shots you can to help keep you healthy. Remember they fertilize the fields with human waste so you really don't want to eat anything that doesn't come from a well prepared restaurant. They also have a class system where there are extremely poor and extremely wealthy and they really don't mix.
  14. Worse than now being able to throw he can't make a quick decision. Do we have a back up that is any good?

    2010 vfr

I love the V4 but am having problems liking this bike and why the small fuel tank, not even a 200 mile range.
  16. I wonder if since a lot of the dealers haven't been paid by the Gov that they decided to make money off of the vehicles any way by selling then to the junk yards?
  17. You opened the exhaust and added more fuel with the jet kit. Did you open the air as well?
  18. Thanks for the help guys I will go over the idle adjustment and cable to see what I can find.
  19. It is a single cable system and I checked the choke/ enricher and it seems to be operating correctly. It is pretty much a single rod that runs accross the three carbs. I have checked the idle knob and have it backed all the way off. I will check for air leaks but it would seem like it would take a heck of a lot of air to get it to do what it is.
  20. Hey guys I am working on a 79 Yamaha XS750 3 cylinder. I have taken the carbs apart and cleaned them very well and have them reinstalled. Now when I start the bike it sounds and feels like the bike is at wide open throttle. I pulled the carbs atain and the throttle plates are closed any ideas on what could be causing this?
  21. I hope you got a police report your insurance may require it to be able to do any thing. Glad you are ok!
