This guy's going to be the next Dos Equis guy, he's gonna get more college pussy than everyone here combined. He'll probably write a book and make a few million too.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chandler_v._Miller http://www.law.cornell.edu/supct/html/96-126.ZO.html I don't think that anything that doesn't come close to having a bunch of peoples lives in their hands, like a pilot or bus driver, will sway the SCOTUS to make a 4th exemption.
I didn't know Phil Gramm®, Jim Leach® and Tom Bliley® were liberals, especially since Gramm was McCain's economic adviser during his presidential run. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gramm%E2%80%93Leach%E2%80%93Bliley_Act http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Gramm-Leach-Bliley_Vote_1999.png
Sure, a marathon runner's going to be in awesome shape but it ain't going to do much good on a football field. OTOH, let him try out and if he makes it, great and if not then he can concentrate on humping miles for uncle sam.
