    If I get a 5.56, I can shoot .223, but if I get a .223 I can't shoot 5.56 - thats the difference. I read the other thread, but I really didn't get much out of it. I'm not really looking to build one either. I'm ready to BUY one. Guess I should have been more specific...

    Ok folks, edumacate me. I'm in the market for an AR. I dont know a whole lot about them, beyond the fact that I know I want a 5.56, and I'd prefer a "personal" transfer. I'm left handed, and would like something that is also left handed. Budget is around $1,500.00 Discuss, or feel free to PM.

    I've had multiple bikes multiple times. I used the "shoe" excuse, and it works every time. Then grow a sack and go buy it - before some other real man does. Besides, its much easier to beg for forgiveness than to ask for permission.
