    Give her yours and upgrade. It's already the perfect color to repair when it gets dumped. Or If she is tall enough, get a small enduro. Won't get easily damaged when dumped and is light and low on power. Will also hold its value.

    If you pay more than $50 for a FSM, you got robbed. I prefer socket hex to T handle. T handles are often too big to get into spots where that's needed.

    Perry is tiny, wellsville is all gas/power line hills. Wayne is actual trails. Yeah, they are maintained which makes them fast, there are plenty of challenges unless you are looking to climb cliff walls. If that's what you want to do, go to perry. That's all there is to do there.

    I wonder what kind of shape the above ground buildings are in. I'm gonna guess the flooded underground has some major cracks in the concrete. 279k is a lot of coin for something that you're gonna hav to dump an assload of money into to renovate. Looks like its been abandoned for a long time.
