I use the venison that isnt big enough for a steak yet 1/4 thick and bigger than a quarter. Standard 5 or so tiered dehydrator from Kmart.

Tried deer burger thru a squeeze gun jerky maker before. It sucked. Disintegrated in your mouth I think due to the low fat in the 100%deer burger. This is home butchered stuff, nothing added. I think you need to add pork fat or something to hold burger type jerky together.

Can't find my recipes but whatever it is I'd just let the meat soak in the fridge for a day. Time on the dehydrator is around 12 hours but you have to pluck thinner pieces earlier unless you like dry cardboard.

That's a lot of beef to hide. Lot of planning. I'm very interested in where this ends.

I'm done with anything to do with oil and anything that the government regularly gets involved in unless I'm going to short sale it. I'm sticking with trending companies driven by the needs of normal people which has seldom failed..  Although I'm still betting on some new energy type stocks such as Hydrogen fuel cells..  

Timken Steel (TMST) is a stock to watch. Can't get much lower. Everyone's looking for Timken Roller bearing to buy them back.

IMO pick very low risk and sit tight for a while. Play minimally with some high risk picks based on certain technologies becoming more and more important.

The fire sticks are backordered until the 17th. I forgot I had an old Wii. Streaming Netflix now, works fine. I'll probably go with a Roku or Firestick.

I have 2 amazon prime sticks and love them. Had the Roku stick and took it back because it would buffer all the time, but I've heard the boxes do a beter job.

I'm a amazon prime member so the fire stick works great with that and also have all the other network and movie aps.

That's good to hear, i was think of the Roku stick. So how's the Prime stick deal work? Must be a prime member to get them or something?
