  1. You forgot slunts. There are some double X chromosome types around here like us.
  2. The fact that the monkey's name is Steve has my kids talking to me like he does with the headband. We are looking forward to that night out as a fam.
  3. The 27th the wife and I are taking the kids to see Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs 2. But I would dig seeing Rush. And Valley View would be kind of centrally located.
  4. Did Ryan buy this? John, I am way happy for you, the Mrs, and the bambino. But I has a sad that your supple hands will not be frequently around for HJs in Kev's trailer. This car racing fad has got to stop.We need you manly self out playing with us.
  5. I am still pissed I didn't catch up to you two. I has work to do. Maybe me, you and Chuckles can be the senior circuit of the OR train.
  6. Ryan is right. Lots of guys had rides in the crash truck...or worse. Saw more red flags than the Russian Olympic team. Hope the guys that got hurt all heal up soon, and completely. Though my last race ended sooner than I planned, I was happy to not only break the 1:10 barrier, but get some :09s while turning the throttle in anger. Not a fast guy yet, but getting better, and that was my goal. So overall I am happy with the weekend. It was GREAT hanging with the OR gang, and I was double blessed today to have a bunch of family at the track to support me and the guys. This was my last run of the season, so it went out an a solid note. Just can't wait to be 100% healthy again. Ryan, congrats on the MS bling, and to the rest of the knuckleheads - Matt, Craigypoo, Jinu, Brandon, Kev - you guys are faster every time I watch you. Plenty of motivation to try and get on the OR train!
  7. We are a salty crew this morning. He will be there. Well, his trailer and bike will be. That I can assure everyone of.
  8. All signed up! This will be my last weekend of the season as well, so looking forward to this.
  9. I, too, have had a hectic week so far. Not bad, just uber busy. I am very much looking forward to this weekend. The wife and kids are coming out to watch on Sunday, and maybe some family that lives out in that area. And since the fam will be staying at a cousin's near by, some Saturday night trackside debauchery is in order!
  10. What does is say about me that I can perfectly picture this transaction? The lanky ginger on the business side of a duct tape reinforced portal with files dripping down his quivering chin and onto his chest...all while Marty is on the other side shoving image after image through. Granted while standing on a step stool, but that's a mere technicality.
  11. Please don't let them be the ones from inside Marty's camper. Christ.
  12. I will be on the grid for the 20 and the 750. Maybe even a 600 if the grids are light.
  13. I'm sorry I wasn't able to make it out today, but am proud of all our guys out there. Sorry to hear of Phil's injury, and if he makes the complete recovery we all are wishing for him, it sounds like he is indeed lucky. Will forward on prayer and well wishes his direction. Looking forward to the next opportunity at PIRC in two weeks to get back out with you guys and work to get better.
  14. Man...why is so hard to take one's own kidney out! I have two, and know that I can get a good bit for one of mine. GLWS!
  15. Trailered the bike to work and headed to the track from here! Now, I'm just waiting on 3:30.
  16. It is bumpier than a lot of tracks, but just go faster. The bumps will smooth out.
  17. I think now looking at the weather and my weekend schedule, I am going to come straight from the office Friday afternoon and skip Saturday. And as long as Sunday isn't and obvisous rainout, I will be in for the races.
  18. After getting the report on some suspension changes I made (that were tested by Jrmmii at Grattan) I think I will be signing up for Saturday to shake things down.
  19. IMHO, the one who should be most educated on the product to be purchased is the consumer. And the last person you should depend upon to inform and educate you is someone who stands to profit by your ignorance. If you know what you are talking about, and he doesn't, fine. I've been around plenty of good salesmen that weren't resident experts on everything they sold, and so long as they gave me the honest answer of "I don't know but will find out", then all is fair. At the end of the day, the deal is more important than the dealer. Again, just my $.02.
  20. Sad to hear of anyone going down. Thoughts and prayers for all.
  21. If you had raced GSXRs, Kevin and I would have made you millions. Well, thousands, anyway.
  22. Nope, not yet. But she will soon. And maybe in time to cheer me on at Nelson. You guys have a blast up there! Sounds like things are improving with the track.
  23. You guys have a blast. Slight complications with my little one are keeping me home. See everyone at Nelson next weekend!
