  1. You get to be my backmarker this season.
  2. What are the specs on it? I have a buddy looking for something light and cheap. This might fill the bill.
  3. After tiptoeing into last year with the 750GT, I plan to run 600 sprints this year, and the mini 20s. Time to find someone at my skill level and be rabbits for each other. Not gonna get faster any other way.
  4. In my street application it did have value. I ran it in my RC51, which was notorious for running hot thanks to an incredibly retarded radiator configuration. Saw a several degree temperature difference, though in the grand scheme of things I still got baked thighs thanks to the aforementioned radiator location. But the bike did in fact run cooler with it.
  5. Yes, Ally McGinger. r1thumbwirer and I will be there, and hitting up the after party I think.

    Baby-Rad!

Congratulations!! Our best to you and the growing family!
  7. That bike was a special ed metal shop project.
  8. If you knew how that thing was held together, you would run at half throttle, too.
  9. Kev you would do better by simply dumping your Gix out of the back of your truck while rolling down the highway. Jussayin'.
  10. I have done it on my own table, and it is easy. Just take your time. For me, it was well worth the savings. In fact, just recently I called a local place that does them here in CLE, and for them to come out and replace the felt, it was over $400 including the felt. The same piece of felt I can get online for about $125. Just be sure to use the proper tools, be patient, and you'll do fine. I have a document on my PC at home that outlines the process pretty well. When I get home I can post it up or email it to you if you PM me your address. The biggest thing though is if you have a dead rail. You may want a pro to reseat them, or replace them if need be. That can be pricey, but you don't wanna put good felt over bad rails.
  11. True. He can just undercut guys in Moto2 a la Dani Pedrouchebag and Marquez. That sort of thing is encouraged across the pond. But I am a HUGE Eslick fan. Glad to see him hooked up with the RD guys. Nathan needs to get some of my shit signed on my next order.
  12. I am wearing triple knee protection this spring so that I might make more than 2-3 weekends. And since last year one of the two kids had an appendectomy, my chances increased by 50% to not have that happen again!
  13. This school was my first track day back in '97, and I have been looking forward to going back as my skills have advanced. Kinda glad I missed this one. http://www.roadracingworld.com/news/former-daytona-200-mileage-record-holder-rick-shaw-rip/ A good friend of mine was shortly behind the accident described here. He had been lobbying for me and r1crusher to come down for this event, but it wasn't feasible. Sad to hear of this. Again we are reminded thst the sport we love so much comes with risk. But life is not safe no matter what game you play. Godspeed to the fallen riders. Glad my friend is ok. Had he been one corner ahead, he would have had a front row seat. Or worse perhaps.
  14. Jesus built my hot rod. So he must have been real.
  15. I would be down for a private rental day or two after the first of the year. I have friends in Jax that would likely contribute if there was room.
  16. Teh Brownz are teh winnerz. Yinzers suck it!
  17. Don't need many for a few to be cool. I am up for a roadie to party with some cool folks out there. Plus I bet the night sky out there is full of stars.
  18. No shit Idaho has the weakest gov't influence. Like 9 people live there.
  19. They let 40 go from a division up here where my Mrs. works. Her team is as safe as one could, be, we guess, but then again no one ever really is. She has a pretty unique job, and she too said that some of the folks that are getting let go are transitioning into different roles. I know more about Chase that I probably care to. I also know enough that the wife and I both use credit unions.
  20. I have had one since Christmas last year and have had zero problems with it. I think a lot of the issues with GoPros has been overblown. Do run any firmware updates, and don't skimp on your memory card. Get the extreme pro. Some lower end cards have difficulty handling very hi res stuff at 30 fps. Congrats on the forthcoming nuptials, and happy honeymooning!
  21. Shannon said you should autograph that pic and send it to Kev.
