A step up from a civic, integra's make great DDs in my opinion. Generally they are very reliable, I wouldnt worry about that mileage at all. The hatch has a lot of useable space. I have a set of the Kuhmo MX, very grippy (throw a lot of stones up in your wheel well ) I have 0 problems with them in the rain. I would definitely recommend them for anyone on a budget.
