So I've been keeping an eye on the weather, an things don't "look" promising, like it may be cold as shit. Are we still riding if its cold/rainy? Do we have a "shitty Ohio weather" date?

Ugh...if it's raining I'll show for a meet and greet but I get no pleasure from riding in the rain or wet conditions and will probably sit the ride out. I'm ok with the cold.

I'm not a fan of rain on roads I have never seen, and 55* is my minimum for long rides. I would be down for another weekend though if it does rain.

It was pretty cold last year and threatening rain. Ended up being a good ride regardless. I think the sun was out too.

If you've paid attention at all lately, they haven't been even close to accurate. This whole week was supposed to be high 60's, low 70's and I don't know about you guys, but the beginning of the week was in the high 50's and barely hitting the low 60's where I'm at. They've talked about storms all week and I've seen maybe 10 mins. total of rain in the past few days. I wouldn't worry about 2 weeks out right now. Like the dude above, don't sweat it until 3 days before.

Pay attention to my " " marks. I'm basically asking if there is a reserve date for it. Ill ride freezing temps, ill ride rain, but not the combination of cold and rain. I just want to know if there is a back up plan?

I have my Private/ Instrument too, and I don't start trusting until 8 hours out.

BUT, looking at historical weather, and using common sense.... it very well could rain or be shitty or it could be really nice. Nothing is lost from planning ahead and booking a rain date.

When Nivin and I left from NEO last year to head to the ride it was in the low 40s and raining. The rain stopped by the time we got down south and it ended up being a beautiful day.
