Medina
Best radar link I've found. An icon of a sun, or a moon, or a cloud doesn't tell me crap. "40%" means...what..animated, full national map, there are options. Used it for years to predict my own weather. At the bottom you can narrow it down to sections, or click the map and zoom in for more localized. http://radar.weather.gov/Conus/full_loop.php p.s. we're going to get pounded today.
Tigerpaw
I agree. I use different radars, and make my own judgement. If I believed Ohio weathermen, I would never get to ride.

ReconRat
I use that one a lot. At least nothing will sneak up on me. I've learned to judge conditions right down to where I might get a little wet anyway. That's ok. If I pay no attention at all, and just assume it's good weather for a day, I run a real risk of getting completely soaked while out. For on the phone, I've tried several apps, but most load too slowly. I kept them, but I settled on one called RadarNow. It opens quickly to your GPS location. JackFlash
I have an App called Motorcycle Weather, on my Android. You set the parameters (english or metric, language, lowtemperature, high temperature, chance of precipitation, wind speed, and your zip code) and it will give you an icon of acar or a motorcycle for each of the next five days. For Sunday 06-02, it's showing 80ºH/52ºL, Showers 20% chance, 9 MPHwinds from WSW. That easily falls into my riding preferences. It gives you a quick glance at your chances of having a nice ride. .
