Can't Catch A Break With The Usps

It's either laziness or she's getting pressured to be faster.  Either way, this is not how you become more efficient.  I've lived here 13 years and I've never had any delivery service drop packages in my driveway.

It rained about an hour after the package was dropped there.  If my wife hadn't been home the package and mail would have been soaked and ruined.

Video is forthcoming...

I'm very sure this is not how packages are supposed

to be handled.  I would be pissed about this, all of it,

and I work for USPS.

Take those videos to the supervisor and show them.

Someone should be written up for this.  Also, go to

USPS.gov and leave a request that someone get

in touch with you.

You may file a complaint by email, or by phone at (1-800-275-8777).

Yes, everyone.  Please do this so that the Post Office

can be held to a higher standard, over and above the

services of our competitors.  I need the USPS to stay

afloat for the next 15 years so I can remain employed,

and superior customer service doesn't just happen

without someone keeping watch.  Make it happen so

people will continue to want to use them. My motorcycle

gasoline money depends on it.

If we have a package our guy will sit in the driveway honking his horn, and if no-one comes out he will leave the card in the mail box and we have to gi pick it up. All because he is too lazy to get out of his car to put it on the porch.

sent via GS3

probably the rules for your area.  I used to live in a ghetto and no one would leave packages.  it sucked because if  I miss them they leave a notice and I have 3 chances to meet or I have to schedule a pickup by the 3rd day or it goes back to the sender.  that means I have to drive to the post office, ups or fedex to get my stuff myself.  talk about not getting what you pay for....

where I live now they leave them all.

Have you taken any of this in to her boss?

Tried calling her first but got the sense she was avoiding me.  Called the postmaster first and just had a word - no official complaint or anything.  As of wenesday (3rd consecutive drop) he had not spoken to her.  No packages today so I don't know if he spoke to her yet.
