Scruit
It's either laziness or she's getting pressured to be faster. Either way, this is not how you become more efficient. I've lived here 13 years and I've never had any delivery service drop packages in my driveway. It rained about an hour after the package was dropped there. If my wife hadn't been home the package and mail would have been soaked and ruined. Video is forthcoming...

BTW, I need to replace the HDs in this DVR - the data rate can't keep up apparently.

ScubaCinci
The moral of this story is - you get too many packages
Gump
Considering USPS designed retirement packages knowing it puts them in the red, this is no surprise.

JackFlash
I'm very sure this is not how packages are supposedto be handled. I would be pissed about this, all of it,and I work for USPS. Take those videos to the supervisor and show them.Someone should be written up for this. Also, go toUSPS.gov and leave a request that someone getin touch with you. You may file a complaint by email, or by phone at (1-800-275-8777). http://faq.usps.com/adaptivedesktop/faq.jsp?ef=USPSFAQ&dest=EmailUs .

JackFlash
i'm doing this tomorrow then for my situation Yes, everyone. Please do this so that the Post Officecan be held to a higher standard, over and above theservices of our competitors. I need the USPS to stayafloat for the next 15 years so I can remain employed, and superior customer service doesn't just happenwithout someone keeping watch. Make it happen sopeople will continue to want to use them. My motorcyclegasoline money depends on it. .

serpentracer
I know someone that delivers mail. he said they are not allowed to back the vehicles up at all. so she's breaking all kinds of rules. serpentracer
If we have a package our guy will sit in the driveway honking his horn, and if no-one comes out he will leave the card in the mail box and we have to gi pick it up. All because he is too lazy to get out of his car to put it on the porch.sent via GS3probably the rules for your area. I used to live in a ghetto and no one would leave packages. it sucked because if I miss them they leave a notice and I have 3 chances to meet or I have to schedule a pickup by the 3rd day or it goes back to the sender. that means I have to drive to the post office, ups or fedex to get my stuff myself. talk about not getting what you pay for....where I live now they leave them all. Scruit
Have you taken any of this in to her boss? Tried calling her first but got the sense she was avoiding me. Called the postmaster first and just had a word - no official complaint or anything. As of wenesday (3rd consecutive drop) he had not spoken to her. No packages today so I don't know if he spoke to her yet.
