Tonik Posted May 8, 2014 Report Share Posted May 8, 2014 83 is closed in both directions, looks like for awhile, right in town about 26 feet south of the main east west drag in Concord. If you are going south hang a left go to the next light and hang a right, that is Liberty Street. It will take you past the closure and right back to 83. If you are coming north, turn right on Liberty just north of 70. Then left on the main drag in Concord when you get to it.
