Tony- I thought you were behind me when I exited for the last gas up. I made it 158 miles before my reserve blinker came on. I may have made it home on fumes but I didn't want to try. As most days of the year go, few compare to days like today. That's what I was dreaming of in the middle of polar vortex number three! I got behind, but when you were able to take off I just kept going. I hadn't hit my reserve yet. I made it home, just over 200 miles on that tank of gas. Pretty good range for a CBR. It was midnight when Iwalked into the house. Do you know what an experience it is to rideWayne National Forest after dark? Yesterday the little GS broke 8000 miles. Now it has almost 8500. I just had two days of riding twisties, and well worth taking off work for. Tomorrow, I'm not even getting out of bed.
