There are several cases throughout the country where lawsuits have already happened. Poker runs, charity rides, group rides, etc. Like I said before, it doesn't matter if it's a case you could win. You'd still have to pay to defend yourselves. You likely would be fine. Odds are nobody is going to sue you. But that's a risk you'll have to take. It's like driving without car insurance. I think that people who successfully defend baseless lawsuits should be able to recover reasonable defense fees.
