Gump
And like to build, collect things, tinker, and are in Canton. You've got to visit: Toths industrial supermarket 1250 Bedford s.w. CantonI can't even explain how massive this confusing whse is. full of everything you can think of, trailer parts, furniture, slot machines, salt spreaders, lawn mowers, tractors, random mini choppers, hidden cars, tool boxes, bathroom sinks, copper plates horses, slabs of marble, go carts, et cetera. It's a handy mans dream warehouse. New stuff, old stuff, scratch and dent stuff. It like LT's unclaimed freight on 62 but 100 times the size.I just picked up a boss v snow plow and a salt spreading insert for a truck bed. sprocket226
See any Bridgeport mills?Love to have one, I'd put it in my living room if I could find one like they have at work. (And I could afford)
Gump
Yes. I'm 95% sure I saw a few. Tire changers, balances, lathes. Lots of gunk like that. I think I even saw some industrial plasma cutters. Edited September 3, 2015 by Gump
Gixxus Christ!
Unless you have 3 phase service you're not gonna be able to run a Bridgeport.
Gump
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=VeeutHA7n78Incorrect.
Gixxus Christ!
I stand corrected. I wonder what the impact is on his power bill. Also he really needs to look up feeds and speeds, 1400 rpm is way too fast for the end mill he had in that spindle.
Gump
You ever been to this place CSC? You'd really like it. Don't take a credit card.
Chrome
Can you just walk in? Any website to view things prior to going?
Gump
You stop at a gate and give them your name then go to the office and ask if you can look around. If they trust you, you can use there golf cart. It's that huge. There's a lot more than what's on their site. Www.Ltassoc.com
bandit12
I'm fairly sure this is the place I went to with my dad about ten or so years ago. They had everything as Gump said, I was thinking who is ever going to come here to buy 1950's hospital beds, gurneys and dentist's chairs? They had the parts he was needing for for a lathe he bought so it was a good trip.
bandit12
After looking up the address, I see how close this place is to Aultman hospital. All that crap listed above probably came from there years ago.
Gixxus Christ!
Lt associates? Yeah been there a few times. Bought some random stuff there. A lot of it is garbage. Tested 3 different air compressors and not one would make more than 20 lbs of pressure. It's a cool place to get lost on a Saturday tho. Gixxus Christ!
He knows exactly how much everything in that building costs. I've haggled with him. You do better if you're buying multiple items. Pick up a few crowbars, they're cheap.
Gump
Yep. It's amazing that he does. I packaged a few items together and got some things thrown in for free. Couldn't get him to budge on a nice trailer tongue toolbox. Still $50 cheaper than anywhere else but I don't REALLY need it.
Gixxus Christ!
And that's the thing....you'll save money if you find something there that you need, otherwise you'll buy a bunch of shit that you just want.
