Gump
You should have called ODNR and reported them.Odnr needs to stand in plain clothes near the CS desk. No point to call at that time.
speedytriple
I got two tags an no deer so far. Guess passing on little ones all bow season has its drawbacks
Tpoppa
What is the legality of a hunting license? Technically speaking, does the State of Ohio own the deer?
bowdog
does the State of Ohio own the deer? Absolutely!

Tired of them shitting in my yard
zx3vfr
I don't get tags. I take deer. I am not poaching. I do get a license though. Mainly for squirrel and wabbits.

Bad324
I'm not paying the state to defend my land that the government taxes me on Edited December 5, 2015 by Bad324
Gump
What's the big deal of shooting them and then getting the tag? Isn't everyone allotted the same number of tags?No one would buy tags UNTIL they get a deer then basically. Got to pay first to play. Tpoppa
No one would buy tags UNTIL they get a deer then basically. Got to pay first to play.So you are guarding state revenue?
Gump
So you are guarding state revenue?Sure and. I can't stand poachers.
Gump
Sure, but they're still buying tags, right? I'm not in any camp, just for the record. I am just curious why it matters which occurs first. "I shot three deer. I'll need a few of them there tag thingamajigs." It's illegal to hunt deer without the tag unless you're the landowner or direct family. And when I shoot a deer u need to tag it quickly I. The field. Dude was probably some citiot hiding his deer until he gets his tag so he could transport it. DNR hangs out in plain clothes at Mcd's checking deer in the vehicles stopping for lunch, basically you don't HAVE to buy a lusence plate but you might if you think you'll get caught. Gump
It's illegal to hug a manatee. Did you know that?No I didn't. Is this part of a moped joke?
speedytriple
You know what I hate more then poaching is stealing. Someone tried to steal a stand off private property. Cut the straps an tried to get it down. But couldn't get the top strap off. Now I have to get new straps.
Lawrence1
This does not compute. Not very likely to me that they would get their deer out of the woods and home then go buy a tag. They're usually broke asses so processing is probably not the issue. You heard three people freely admit this? Our concerns are for nought anyway as most judges think these types of charges are a joke. They took an oath to serve people not animals. You wanna hear something funny? These city bois come out here during gun season and sit in their trucks till the sun comes up. Must be afraid of the dark. Watched too many episodes of Monsterquest? speedytriple
Lol this city boy gets in the woods no later then 6:20. Without a head lamp most days. If I hunt public land I get out earlier then that if there is a spot I want to sit.
