ScubaCinci
When I went from the Z1000 to the Super Tenere, I changed because of knee problems but the upright seating position of the Tenere (and the Z1000 was not too leaned over) really took a load off my hands, wrists and shoulders - especially on long rides. I didn't really notice how much it was until I changed.
Tpoppa
I've been considering a new bike. My first choice would be a BMW S1000R (R not RR). I've also been considering a Triumph Tiger 800. I really don't like adventure bikes, but I'd ride one to stay on 2 wheels.
motocat12
Any feedback on the gloves? My can cozy ones did help but unlarged the grip more than I like.but it's better than without. Looking at alternative foam and a semipermanent leather adhesive.
Tpoppa
After trying many...I think anti vibe gel gloves are useless. Foam grip covers work much better...and cost less, too.
ReconRat
True. Before gel gloves, foam grip covers are what we used. It worked back when, should work again.
Gixxus Christ!
Fill your bars with shot so they don't vibrate, or at least vibrate at a different rpm.
Tpoppa
Vibration does't bother me. I get numbness form pressure in certain spots. The foam grip covers help a lot.
Gixxus Christ!
I get numbness but I think it's from cheap gloves, seams pressing on nerves.
ReconRat
ummm, I buy riding gloves one size larger. No pinch when gripping. Also have size large length fingers on medium hands, durrr...
Gixxus Christ!
I've had oversize gloves, still caused numbness because the seams were garbage because they were cheap gloves.

This works best with lead shot fill 1/2 way and then put silicone in each end and push it down to the shot to hold it in place If your hand are getting tingly and numb this will help. I wish there were more brands though.
