2talltim
@JustinNck1 said he picked up a book at IMS that has moto routes for the Ozarks. So I told him to compare to my planned routes and see how well I did. We will see how well my touring Jedi mind is tuned to ways of the twisty road Gods.

2talltim
Yea ive studied some of these maps already when I came up with the route for Sunday and begining of Monday. We aren't hitting everything but I think we will sample a lot of the highlights. Will probably make a trip back out in the future to really study the area. 2talltim
This trip is intended to accomplish a few things. Check off some states on our maps, sample the Ozarks, do the entire Natchez Trace, and meet up for the yearly shin dig at fontana. I defiantly want to get back out there in another year or two as part of a greater 2 week trip out west.

JCMathis
I am subscribing to this thread just to see how the route in the Ozarks turns out. I will be heading there in July for a week.
2talltim
Need to finalize my maps with some gas stops, mainly on the Ozark day(day3). Not very many gas stops on that 415 zigzag. After that need to convert maps over to Sygic. Looks like something to do this week while it rains.

I have not found a way to create my own routes in that app yet.

ITN Converter. Free, google it. It will be the first hit. PC required for ITN and Android Sygic only. iPhone version wont import because iPhones suck. This is a copy and paste from a post @Tonik made a long time ago but yea he's the expert at it i'm still a novice............... Some free software I found for Windows called ITN Converter. Plan the whole route out on Google Maps, then copy the URL to it and it converts it to a file that Sygic uses..or most other Nav programs. You just have to put lots of way points in when you make it in google so it forces Sygic to follow your plan. Sometimes it takes a couple of tries to get enough way points in the right place to force it. Then copy the file to the phone. http://www.benichou-software.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=4&Itemid=3&lang=en

2talltim
Okay did some map work tonight and got the gas stops on the Ozark day figured out. Broke the day into 4 segments, each segment is 150 miles or less if any ones bike cant do that please let me know. The end of the 3rd segment will put us at the hotel for that night. If it's check in time we can check in and maybe grab a bite too eat. Then who ever wants to hit the 4th segment can do so, or if you have enough fun for the day you can relax early. I also added some way points on Saturdays route on the first post. Here are the links to Sunday's segments. Segment 1: https://goo.gl/maps/n5Uu8TU11rN2 Segment 2: https://goo.gl/maps/rZka1DePZvx Segment 3: https://goo.gl/maps/nzCdupp65gt Segment 4(if your kitty don't hurt): https://goo.gl/maps/sT7tqorQUpQ2 These should work as long as the gas station in Jasper is Open on Sunday's, if not I'll have to do more figuring. Ill call and check on this station when the time gets closer. Edited March 31, 2017 by 2talltim
