Since @Isaac's Papa asked and it's winter and this is one of my last hobbies anymore. Let's talk about food

 

Little creation I whipped up Saturday called Pulled Pork Manicotti

Pulled pork, black beans, corn, jalapenos, ghost pepper BBQ sauce, Montgomery Inn BBQ sauce all mixed together and lazy mans stuffed in to manicotti pasta topped with cheddar cheese and drizzled Montgomery Inn BBQ sauce

Looks awesome.  Where's it at on the Scoville scale?  Anytime I see/hear ghost pepper, my anus clenches up

I think it had a nice heat but nothing overpowering. However I usually find any mass produced thing advertised as ghost pepper rarely ends up being much if any hotter than a standard jalapeño

I'm heading to Nashville next week. I'll make sure to be hipster trash and take some pics of the hot-ass chicken wings I get while I'm there.

I know everyone thinks they make kick-ass chili.   

I'd put this up against anyone's.   I use some top secret ingredients, and it's a PITA to make, but it comes out great.   It took first in a cookoff with about 15 entries.

While it does look like a tasty dish. That however is not chili. Chili does not have beans. You have made a bean soup.

I make a spicy chicken bean soup that is also pretty tasty.

Hickory smoked with Sriracha Garlic dry rub, then on the grill for about 5 minutes wings!
