Jim, Thank you for reaching out! I just talked to the Senate Transportation committee chair’s office (which is where this bill currently sits) and they told me that they plan to have his bill up for sponsor, and proponent testimony, on Wednesday, Dec. 5th. They did not give me a time or place yet, though I will know either tomorrow or early next week. I would be happy to pass along the information for you once I do know so that you may either attend or send written testimony in. For future reference though, this bill is number HB 548, and it will keep this number throughout its time in the legislative process. You can do both, and if you want you can testify also. If you do want to testify write something up. You have to submit written testimony ahead of time. Then HMU with a PM for you email Addy and I will give you the info to get on the list. Pretty much have to get that to my contact right meow. If you just want to watch you just need to show up.
