A car broke down across the track, a safety guy thought there was a fire (there was no fire), so he ran across the track with a fire extingushier. Another car going 100+ mph hit the safety guy, killing the safety guy and the extingushier that he was holding flipped back and hit the driver of the car that ran into the safety guy, killing the driver.
