The hood scoopes are fake on those *EDITED* Its a Pre RICER PACKAGE to help save the poor 17 year old from trying to make it mad tight like the other civics at his school. Lastly is my brother that responsible.......he's a jackass so I'm going to have to go with no... however my dad said that the first speeding ticket he gets the car is going to be his, *EDIT* Until he crys enough and dad gives back the keys.
