MrMeanGreen
The Ohio BMV now has the ability for someone to pull up their "unofficial" driving record transcript. https://www.dps.state.oh.us/netsys/netdb/ENGLISH/LKUPX.asp I pulled mine up, and got the following: Driver License Status: VALID **************CONVICTIONS************** C1 IN-STATE CONVICTION COURT: REYNOLDSBURG MAYORS CRT COURT CASE: 6TRD01107 OFF. They all started out as speeding or Reckless Op for Excessive Speed, and my badass attorney pulled some moves and got them all dropped down or no points However, I did go to court last week for a Speeding (two point M4) and Reckless Op for Unsafe Lane Change (six point M3), and they only dropped the Lane Change while keeping the speeding, so I got the points for it. But the one from November '04 loses it's points in a week The accident listed was from where that stupid bitch in January rear-ended me and ran, so that's a not-at-fault and dosn't count against me. MrMeanGreen
Oh yeah, I'll break these down: 1) Started out as a failure to signal, since the cop couldn't catch up to me and get me for speeding until I slowed down enough for him to catch up. He couldn't pace me long enough. He had to leave court due to a family emergency, so they did the exhaust thing. 2) Speeding on SR33. 3) Speeding in Morgan County. Podunk town only wanted my money. 4, 5, 6) Speeding and failed a roadside inspection in the Formula. Originally slapped with six violations ranging from bald tires (DRs) to no front plate. Again, they wanted the money and my attorney convinced them that I rarely drive a race car on the street. They agreed. 7) Speeding on 270. Got nailed by a State Trooper, I wasn't well-versed in speeding violations yet and didn't have an attorney. 8) Speeding on I70. Dropped to no points because I had a clean record at the time. Whoops. wnaplay1647545503
Damn I have nothing that appears. I have been hit for driving a stolen car at 15 (friends moms, out joyriding). And racing 2 times(teenager) but apparantly everything has fallen off. Speeding probably 5 times. It only goes back 3 years.

Kohones
It is pretty cool - I ran mine & all it shows is my speeding tix last year in Pennsylvania. No points because there is NO reciprocal agreement between Ohio & Pa. Ticket did suck as State Police sat hidden in high bushes at end of 2 lane passing zone & clocked me at 89 in a 55 mph. I was passing 3 very slow moving cars & had to hurry before I got hit head on - cost me alot of bucks in spite of no points - Glad I don't live there anymore -

I had two tickets before 18, and only one is showing up, the other one, 81 in a 65 isn't there. Maybe its' been 3 years, not sure. Both the accidents were not at faults, but they still hurt me. Stupid women drivers. Back in August 05 I was sideswiped by an illegal in my women's car, and back in Jan 06 I was rear-ended but an OLD ass bitch in my NEW car, pissed me off. DATE: 09/15/2004 CONV. DATE: 09/24/2004 POINTS: 00 OFFENSE: EQUIPMENT MISUSE ***END OF DRIVER RECORDS*** I got pulled over in my mustang by this very cranky officer who had seen me one other time with window tint and said to take it off or the next time he seen me he would write me a ticket. Well I've got eye problems. and legaly can have tint ( Afidavit and all ) Well when he pulled me over i told him look i have paperwork from my doctor because of surgery. Well he got pissed at me, We got into a slight argument ( BAD IDEA BAD BAD ) I told him that I thought he was haressing me well it did not go over well, So he just started writing tickets tried to tell me my car was too low to the ground which i asked him to prove that my stickers on my windows which were above the aline were illegal and that my exhaust was tooo loud. Well I was not going to pay that much in tickets when i felt it was not justified. So i took pictures of my car with the a-line and my exhaust was a little loud so i left it alone got my window tint paperwork together and my dad went down with me to the courthouse ( Hes a deputy ) the officer showed up so i had to goo foward , I had all my paper work the prosecutor did not wanna look at it , My dad talked to the magistrate told him look my son done nothing wrong court time is not worth this minor situation I was offer a something i forgot to drop it do a muffler vilation at a lower cost then what they had me at. BUT in closing do not argue the cop will write down everything you say. also RED mustang with noticable exhaust will catch the wrong attention
