Maybe go to a hiking/outdoors store for some hiking apparel and whatnot. forgive my ignorance but... we still have soldiers in kosovo? I know he's on his feet along, and the slav'winters are pretty rough, thus the sock idea. His wife will be brokering this, doubt she'll be keen on sending porn.
