What kind of Manual transmission do you guys sugguest to stop the grinding?

Well I just bought a new honda and I noticed it grinds most of the time in 3rd gear? Now I've read about different types of fluids to fix that problem . SInce you guys know it all what kind would you recommend for honda or cars in general. Gm,penzoil,Mobile 1.......etc? Syncromesh....
