wnaplay1647545503
Started the project bike for the first time tonight. Let it sit and idle for about 5 mins and then came the radiator fluid. I cant tell where it came from. The radiator may have been damaged in the wreck. Should I swap it over with my spare one or where should I go first? Dave1647545494
borrow buy or rent a pressure tester this allows you to pressurize the cooling system without the bike running so you can find the leak
88lx5oh
agreed. check all hose connections and overflow. did you make sure you got all the air out of the system ?? warm up, then pop cap, add fluid, warm up pop cap add fluid etc.

Smokey
what kind of bike? If it's a sport bike, you're going to need to take the plastics off (just the lowers) so you can get a better look at where it's coming from, then you'll better be able to decide what to do. wnaplay1647545503
I can only see fluid on the fins of the radiator so I guess I will swap it out and try again.
