conn-e-rot
I did not buy my 14 for show I bought it for comfort I was sick of being cramped after 150 miles and I got one hell of a deal on my 14. The 14 is sooooo smooth and comfy. I think the people that complain about how the "big" bikes handle need some more seat time and should stay off bikes they are afraid of if you have it in your mind that its heavy and doesn't handle your gonna end up in trouble cuz the bike does just fine. I didn't change my riding style at all going from a 650r to the 14 and the first time I sat on the 14 at the dealers I was amazed at how light it felt with the lower center of gravity it feels a lot lighter then the 650. 35RFTW
I find it dumb to compare top speeds to bikes that are electronically limited. Let's compare acceleration. If that were the case, the list would look much different. I actually think the 2006 GSXR1000 came out and was faster than the first version Hayabusa. I say race to 150 mph. Let that decide who fastest production bike. I think technically that would be termed "quickest", but you get the idea.

Blitzburgh
the mtt doesn't have a limiter..but yeah all jap bikes are limited to 300 kphProblem is the 99 and 00 Busa didn't have the limiter. Which is why they call them the fastest production bikes in the USA. The bikes were factory regulated AFTER the Busa came out.Truthfully who cares, I sold my Harley and bought my Busa for long distance rides and get there before 400cc scooters did...
