They are trying to make a deal. I highly doubt that this would count for anything since it is one persons statement and could be considered hearsay. I might be wrong though. Hearsay? do you realize my dad is on deathrow from delaware county using hearsay. all they need are three people saying he was there racing. plus they can add more charges to linn later. My wife has had cases where she could have brought the judge up on ethical charges......it's that bad. I'm not kidding. It doesn't help that he has like five priors.
