Should have went with the twelve hundred. I liked the nine hundred, but since the twelve came out I think I am going to go that route.

Nice setup though. I have always thought about going the water cooling route.

Thanks for the comments guys. from the step up from the single 120 single pass to the 2x120 dual pass i actually didnt get much of a change untill i put load on the computer. i also have the pump going pretty slow atm so i can probably turn it up. from the single to the dual i dropped a good 5 degrees and the computer idles at a constant 30 degrees Celsius. on full load doing some load testing it will run at 33 degrees.

for the water cooling setup:

Danger Den TDX for AM2

Danger Den D5 pump (varible speed)

Feser X-Changer Dual 120mm Xtreme Performance Radiator

4x antec LED 120mm fans

Danger Den Single 5 1/4" Bay Reservoir

1/2 ID tubing

Danger Den PC Chill coolant (blue)

distilled water in the line to make it baby blue

for the computer setup:

Im running:

Cooler master Cosmos S

Antec 650Wat True power Trio

AMD 64 X2 6000+(over clocked to 3.4 GHZ)

ASUS M2N32-SLI Premium Vista Edition Socket AM2 NVIDIA nForce 590 SLI MCP ATX

(x2)CORSAIR XMS2 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400c4 G)4-4-4-12

EVGA 8800GTX KO ACs3 edition 768mb ram

Samsung Syncmaster940MW 19inch widescreen LCD/TV(Primary DVI)

Viewsonic VP171s 17inch (DVI secondary)

WD 250 GB sataII

WD 250 GB cadaver IDE

WD 500GB cadaver sataII

Windows Vista Ultimate X64bit edition

Samsung Super multi burner

Logitech G15 keyboard

Logitech G5 mouse

Chadz89GTA : ill have my old radiator up for sale soon if you want it. Danger Den X-Flow Black Ice Xtreme ill sell it for $25 still in good shape no bent fins ETC:

Orion: the old case is for sale. $50 for it. it is missing the CD vent covers (no problem if you have 2 cd drives or go water cooled, got 2 holes in the back where my watercooling lines went through and one of the drives has a stripped out thumb screw no issue if you just put a bigger screw in.

http://www.ocforums.com If your making a real rig get an Intel, sorry for all the AMD Fanboys as I was once one myself, but my q6600 at 3.6ghz stomps most if not all these fancy new named AMD's they've been coming out with lately. Another forum to join would be forums.anandtech.com alot os useful information there.

asus Maximus Extreme

asus Maximus II Formula

Intel Core 2 Quad Q9450 Yorkfield 2.66GHz

just undecided at the moment for when i upgrade. ill probably upgrade once i fry this cpu(i want to see how far i can over clock it till it goes)

I am going to be posting some Watercooling parts on Ebay, probably Monday of next week if anyone is thinking about going that route. Other than that if you are in need of some parts check out some of my listings. With the steady decline of our economy and Ebay's ever changing policies, most parts are selling at about half of retail cost, and most everything is brand new sealed in the box. Again, I don't make commission, so I do not benefit from anyone buying this stuff. Everyone likes a good discount.

I just dont get this shit....

So whats the temp of the PC with water cooling. My brother runs no water and is running at 17c with a tri-fans...

He told me my business computer is running at 30c which is like 86f

I also am willing to bet your brothers pc isn't overclocked to hell and back. My Quad qould run stock at 17c all day long, as soon as I bumped it to 3.6ghz it jumped to around 50ish, BIG difference. If I had water my temps woulda been ALOT lower.
