What bit to use on aluminum

aluminum is so soft it will quick clog many kinds of drill bits and sand papers you can either buy from a place like spartan tool on alum creek drive, or snap-on online and get bits made for working in aluminum or just get cheap ones and change um when they clog up you'll end up with about the same money in it anyway

You'll want a single cut flute so it doesn't get clogged up as easily. Be very careful though as you can take a lot of material off very quickly.

Then finish with a sanding roll.

got a pic somewhere on the net I can take a look at?

I only need to take like less than 1/4" of material out.

This was done on a mill. I know I won't get anything close to that on a cutting tool, but it's not much

I'm also not going to remove the bar either. Just port the outlet and possibly the inlet a little.
