88lx5oh
03 Honda VFR800 im 50/50 on the paint scheme, i didnt like it that much in pics, and planned on repainting it white, but in person it looks kinda good. so i may hold off on painting for a while an order a new seat first. bike is great, tons of power, nimble, and is comfortable for me and the wife. got brand new dunlop road smarts waiting to go on. the tour pack looks kind of funny, but its so functional, and can serve as a backrest for my wife. im gonna put a nice pad on it for her to rest on. but the tour pack is detachable if i want to remove it, its quick and easy. this thing sounds amazing with exhaust, like a v8 supercar need to give it a wash at some point. anyway on with the pics and it has vtech yo! http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p301/hoblick/SL371188.jpg http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p301/hoblick/SL371189.jpg http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p301/hoblick/SL371191.jpg

88lx5oh
Cool bike. Always wondered if you could tell or feel when those bikes hit vtec. Can you? yeah its actually a huge difference when you hit vtech. alot of people get a power commander on them to smooth the transition out. XChris1632X
I kinda like the paint. Its different. The box though is a little much for me but i guess function is way more important.
XChris1632X
x2 it doesnt seem to look like it would be more comfortable then the r6... q I was not really a fan of them at all until I rode one. They are much more comfortable but still sporty at the same time. You sit much more straighter, infact when I got back on my bike afterwards it felt overly heavy on my hands. I wouldnt buy one for myself but I did enjoy riding it and understand why others purchase them.

TheHaze
Paint scheme reminds me of a 'Nam-era fighter plane or heli. I like it.

KillJoy
now to paint or not to paint For ME.... no..... for YOU... I cannot say. Personally, I have gotten past what others think, and do what I like! Other's opinions are just that.... THEIR's! Do what you like. KillJoy
88lx5oh
i dont mind the paint on it, but i dont 100% love it. and im super anal about the paint on my bike, i love to keep it clean and with flat green its very hard to do so. my options im thinking about.. my 3 choices thus far are (and if it matters its got black wheels, and tinted screen) white: http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p301/hoblick/2007_03_27_bikepics-844274-800.jpg http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p301/hoblick/ShowImage.jpg black: http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p301/hoblick/2007_01_04_bikepics-763305-full.jpg http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p301/hoblick/2007_01_04_bikepics-763307-full.jpg http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p301/hoblick/2008_03_09_bikepics-1210193-full.jpg gunmetal/dark charcoal silver: dont have pics of the bike with this color
88lx5oh
ill be doing the exhaust cans in black, and wrapping the rest. my right legs gets a little hot, and the wrap will take care of it, or so i have heard on the VFR forums

GRN96WS6
Don't like the paint scheme at all, I've never ridden one of these is it chain drive? How many gallon tank and how far on it? MPG? Horsepower and engine size? Go with gunmetal for the repaint.
