OK, I've seen that car before, they live in the REALLY ghetto part of Whitehall. It used to look worse if you can believe that, he had some cheap knock-off 20s on it before, painted yellow over chrome. The paint on them was peeling, and so was the chrome.....ugh. Also had the chrome stuff around the panel edges, and a big gothic letter decal in red above the windshield.
