Welcome fellow MR2 owner..in the past. Nice collection, do you like the S2K better than the MR2's? Just curious..

HELLLLLLLL NO..

If I could find a bank that would actually loan on a nice MR2 I'd switch in a heartbeat..

I don't like the s2k.. it's "neat" but Honda sucks, always will.

Odd; I had a Mini Cooper S before my S2k and I think I had more fun with the Mini despite the Honda being an all-around better performer. I wouldn't say that "Honda sucks, always will" though.

Well to me Honda sucks.. if you're gonna play with valve timing at least do what Nissan does.. advance the timing in the high end for more hp, and retard it in the low end for more torque.. the s2k is completely worthless below 6.5k rpms...

After vtec does kick in.. it screams and flies.. but before i feel like I'm driving a Civic.

MR2 turbo's are easy to mod as well.. bolt on parts do wonders for the MR2.. of course it's because it's turbocharged.. with the s2k you get what you start with.. unless you go to forced induction, and on a Honda, it isn't always the safest route.

The interior of the s2k is very simple too.. my 91-93 mr2's were just as functional.. no traction control either.. seriously??

I miss my 350Z.. Driving down to Florida was a breeze. I took trips to Connecticut, North Carolina, and Florida in that car.. no issue.

The s2000 will be quite the pain in the ass driving back to Ohio in.. especially with a boxer riding shotgun.

See thats what I was curious of for people that used to own civics the S2K is a step up, but you shouldnt have to beat the car to shit aka be above 6K to make power all the time. Interesting, thanks for sharing that.

Oh and I like Mini's A LOT, love the styling inside and out and the power band of the "S" model is a lot of fun, it would e cool to drive one with some simple mods.
