This stuff is between 1 and 2 million scoville. I have filled a tostitos scoop with this stuff and ate it. It wasn't a bet. A friend's brother-in-law said it couldn't be done.

Sriracha (best all around, hands down)

Tobasco Garlic (trust me)

Tobasco Chipotle (mix it with mayo and trust me)

Valentina black (for on Mexican)

Valentina red (for cooking in mexican)

Trappey's Bull (for dishes that need a vinegary spicy like collard greens)

Dave's Insanity (nom nom nom hot)

BW3 spicy garlic (need to say no more)

I've never tried the Valentina before, where can you pick that up at?

Oh and everything else he listed here is Win™.

I'm a Frank's Red Hot/Tabasco kind of guy, but I discovered Tapatio at Marc's. It's dirty cheap, but still spicy enough without too much burn. Good for an "everyday" hot sauce.

You wankers that need your mouth on fire when you eat are idiots, IMHO. I like to taste my food, thx!

We also like Tiger Sauce.. its not REALLY hot, but its damn tasty.Made it with these bad boys..

Anaheim peppers stuffed with a combination of ground turkey and spicy pork sausage, wrapped in bacon, smoked, then glazed with a mixture of barbecue sauce, honey and butter. They are sticky sweet, with just a touch of spicy goodness.

Not that hot but the flavor is amazing. Most mexican resturaunts have it. Have a bottle at home that I soke microwave burritos in and they are awesome.

I'm gonna have to try that. I HATE Tobasco, the flavor is nasty, it ruins food for me, though I do use the green tobasco on my chipotle burritos, also squeeze lemons (prefer limes) but the cheep bastards decided to only have lemons anymore.

I buy Franks, but most of my hot sauces at my house have been pocketed at a restaurant after trying them.

My dad makes his own, starts with franks as a base then adds a bunch of junk. I've never tried to learn cause I cant stand to be in the kitchen when that shit is cooking, I'm pretty sure he could stand in a room of tear gas after years of hot sauce making.

the formers goes on everything i eat, minus the mayo. need to try that one. the later is rediculously good as well.

If you're a BLT man, make one with jalapeno pepper bacon (if you can find it) or a nice thick-cut bacon, avocado, and chipotle mayo. You will cry great tears of joy.

For greater joy, add a fried egg.

BELTA.

You'll be my friend for life.

First off I don't do hot sauce. At all. My idea of hot is a spicy chicken sandwich from Wendy's.

That being said, I was at QS&L the other day with Jones, only to find out they now have a triple atomic sauce. He talked me into trying it. It didn't really smell that bad. I dipped a fry into it, then ate it. There was no taste, no typical "OMG HOT BURNING" sensation, just a numbing pain. It was weird.

I have done the exact same thing. Except it was a drunk bet. I did not enjoy and nothing could clear it.

I'm sure Frank's Red Hot was already mentioned. That is my hot sauce of choice. I will need to try that Sriracha sauce.

I need to stop reading bw'3 comments as its Thursday and i will end up spending money. Do not want.

I fucking hate working until 2:30am. I want some wings and ice cold draft beer now.

Good thing about working into 9:30pm is being at bw3s by 10pm ;) They close at 1 and I will be there until then. Ice cold draft beers ftw.

Good threads like this deserve to be reincarnated.

Anyone near Heath needs to go to Leghorns and order their boneless wings dipped in Fatali sauce, with a side of Fatali sauce.

No where near the hottest thing I've had, but I keep going back every week for more.

** If you like garlic, have them do 50/50 Fatali/Garlic.
