Draco-REX
This bike is a HD Single Cyl.... KillJoy Correct. He took a V-twin and chopped it in half. It holds the record for it's class at Bonneville. So, yes, it runs just as good as it looks. Apparently, the competition is invite-only and judged by the competitors. They vote on the engineering and build quality, not its looks. So it's not a contest about pleasing the crowd or some random judges, but really showing just good a builder you really are to your peers. I think the fact that a street bike won, and not just anothe chopper shows how legitimate the competition is. That bike was #1. There has never been an American winner, even though the competition is held in Sturgis. Best American place was 4th. Discovery did a show on Sturgis and featured this competition. The bikes that showed up were incredible. Every single one of them was drool-worthy for one reason or another.
