You have seen a 98+ WS6 T/A vs. a Camaro, right? That car is about as wildly different looks wise as those generation F-bodys were.

 

Performance wise, GM would never do it - would be more power than the Z06, and they wouldn't have that.

Well, I will say this, you probably aren't going to have to mod anything as far as the motor, suspension and exhaust...thats a pretty nice set-up. I don't like the front end, looks like the Batmobile.
