well kinda just want to start over completely. Also I may be relocating far, and I have some really nice stuff to sweeten the deal. 100" movie screen and hi-def projector down stairs. 5 tvs mounted on the wall. basement ceiling is finished now

I'm looking on the East'ish side, and not seriously looking until at least January. I would scoop yours up in a heartbeat though.

 

I used to live like a block north from there in that little apt complex to the right of Alkire Glen. It's a nice, quiet area, I just hated living right next to the freeway but having to loop around all over the place to get to it.

Yeah our neighborhood is very quiet I don't think anyone would be disappointed if they gave it a look. Freeway noise isn't bad here
