thanks! 275 dr, I have had no traction issues yet just launching on no boost and it does not come in until 120-140ft out. so my 60ft sucks but still mph close to 150.

I do however expect taction issues now that I will be launching on the brake with boost.

Spent a couple bucks today and stepped it up to some afco double adjustable to get rid of my 3 ways out back. Gonna install them tomorrow, they are just so beautiful. Currently saving my pennies and nickles to do the same upfront. Changing to afco double adjustable bnc shocks and going back to a coil spring.

good to know ray, I have my qa1 singles about 3 clicks from the tightest setting and have not messed with the limiters in my trz arms. I will install the rears per afco's baseline settings and keep the fronts tight and see what it does this weekend on the brake.

Went to National Trails today and only got two passes in, the first one somehow my throttle body boot popped off and it was over. The 2nd and last run I brought the 2 step in with the transbrake and left around 4-5lbs of boost. The car instantly blew the tires off and slid sideways for the first 100-120 ft then I peddled it to a 9.80@145. I am mounting these afcos this week and going to go back next week. No video becuase my damn sd card was full on the gopro :(

here is the slip

hope to get the car to 60ft around 1.2-1.3 and bring the boost in without slipping around to get an 8 sec pass before the year is out...

Nice time. I could never run good times at trails once I got in the 11s. So I feel your frustrations sliding around. Should run really well once you get a good track and some more seat time. Getting to know your car requires a fairly consistant track like the few times I've been to Kilkare or D42, and there's never as many people to deal with.

This winter my main project on the car among a few performance items will be redoing my dash. The factory instruments panel was worthless due to the fact I had all aftermarket gages. And I really did not like how my gages were mounted low under the dash with my relay board

So I'm going to mount all my gauges and toggles on this fabbed up instruments panel and remount my relay panel and boost controller on a nice piece of aluminum. And mounting the tach and shift light at eye level on main hoop of cage

I sorta of did the same thing with my dash except I have far less gauges and horsepower.

But the idea is the same I just took in my plastic dash to a metal fabricator and had them bend me a whole new dash out of stainless steel. Blackwood metal is who I used.

Turned out pretty good. However from the looks of your dash there is more bends and surface area than mine.

yeah I was going to buy this sheetmetal dash but for close to 500 plus getting it powder coated most likely I decided not to. I already have all the gauges, just wanted to see them better. If I did not have gauges and was to start from scratch It would have a race pak in it

Well after a couple long days and all nighters the components have all been rewired and the new dash and relay control panel is done. Im very pleased with the outcome overall. Still cant believe I used a piece of wood in the car from the beginning. I guess I was in a rush to get the car running last year. Hated how all my important gauges were down at the tunnel and when I really needed to see them I did not want to take my eyes off of the road/track.

Well been busy on the car getting it ready for the season. I just ordered some New AFCO BNC Double adjustable coilovers for the front so the car has afco double adjustables on all 4 corners and good parts. So in theory its just a matter of figuring shock settings and valving.

Also bought some new SS door panels and interior parts. Got the hot side off the car and about to put everything back together and hopefully drive it for the first time this season.

Will post some pics of new shocks and interior this week.

Got the Afco coil overs assembled. Had to compress the spring a little to get it all assembled due to running the 10" spring instead of the standard 8". They are beautiful, cant wait to get them on so I have a full set of afco d/a all the way around.
